When you start understanding how a virtual world works, you won't be afraid to die anymore.

When you start understanding how a virtual world works, you won't be afraid to die anymore.

Actually, the fear would be NOT to die. Not dying means you are trapped in a virtual world forever and can't get out again to the location where your actual body is.

Can you imagine being mentally stuck inside a video game and never being able to get out?? You understand the concept then.

We don't face death.......we face the SHADOW of death. It looks like death from our perspective inside, but it only LOOKS LIKE death. The person leaves the virtual world and finds themselves outside of it alive and well and without a scratch. God told us that He is not the God of the dead, but of the living. Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob are alive, not dead. Real life is outside of this virtual world. The saints love not their lives unto death. Who in their right mind would prefer a virtual life over their real one outside of the virtual world?? The fear would be.....to be stuck inside it while it burns to the ground.

At some point we all will have to face leaving this virtual world, but we don't have to be afraid. The fear is caused by the unknown. Now we know what to expect.....because we have experience with virtual worlds and how painless and simple that transition actually is.

What matters is that understanding that this is a virtual world TAKES AWAY THE FEAR.......and fear is the enemy's primary weapon against us.

Believing this is a virtual world - and I do because of my research, takes away my fear of the enemy, takes away my fear of death, and motivates me to get out of my comfort zone and put it all on the line for the King. I would be mortified to come out of VR having wimped out on Him when it wasn't even real, and it was only a test of my loyalty to Him.....wouldn't you?? He says if we trust Him we will never be ashamed, and I don't want to be ashamed when I show up there.
